Thanks, Lucinda! 100% agree that ease of use is important, if not the most important. To make a product easy to use, both UX and UI are needed. The analogy of the iceberg is used to explain that UI is what is typically seen on the outside, while UX is what's underneath. There must be always someone to represent UX in the product team.
